Fanuc A16B-2203-0673/04A

Hi all,
I have a Fanuc pcb A16B-2203-0673/04A, and I've noticed that the V11 smiconductor which should be a SMD diode I suppose, had burned. Can anyone tell me whit what kind of spare can it be replaced?
If you have the schematic diagram can you tell me which are the related components, so I can check them too.
