Setup Drive A06b-6069-H203 on Fanuc 21

Dear Advanced

I Need someone to help me, for install new drive what I bought previously.
My previous drive was:

Servo drive: A06B-6096-H203 Modul C Software 9090-09


And I Buy new on:

Servo Drive: A06B-6096-H203 Modul D Software 9090-16


Motor : alpha 6/2000 - Encoder : Alpha A64

Unfortunately, I have some problem on Motor Torque and vibration on start and run . also my percentage of motor usage is about 150%.

I think I need to Some or all of my parameters.

If they same issue is happening with the new drive... Then it's not the drive. Measure the resistance of the motor power U/V/W to GND with an insulation tester. It should measure above 200Megaohms. Also check the mechanics are solid and moving freely with motor decoupled.

Dear Sir
Thanks for your attention and I have to say: drives codes is exactly same but
the Old Drive was " Modul C " and the new one is " Modul D ", BTW I don't no, is there many differents between " C-Modul and D-module "?
Also, We Update the controller m because of the date of building controller was older than the new drive.

the drive is double, X Axis( IP control ) and Turret ( PI control ).

I test the motor, after disengaging the " X-axis motor ", nothing changed, also test with my multimeter the Ohm Between [ U-V-W ] and earth.

the Ohm started from 15Mega ohm to 274 Mega Ohm, it wasn't sandable and raising as much as I hold the multimeter on motors power pin.

What do you think Sir?
