If they same issue is happening with the new drive... Then it's not the drive. Measure the resistance of the motor power U/V/W to GND with an insulation tester. It should measure above 200Megaohms. Also check the mechanics are solid and moving freely with motor decoupled.

Thanks for your attention and I have to say: drives codes is exactly same but
the Old Drive was " Modul C " and the new one is " Modul D ", BTW I don't no, is there many differents between " C-Modul and D-module "?
Also, We Update the controller m because of the date of building controller was older than the new drive.
the drive is double, X Axis( IP control ) and Turret ( PI control ).
I test the motor, after disengaging the " X-axis motor ", nothing changed, also test with my multimeter the Ohm Between [ U-V-W ] and earth.
the Ohm started from 15Mega ohm to 274 Mega Ohm, it wasn't sandable and raising as much as I hold the multimeter on motors power pin.
