FANUC OI-TC CNC

Hello, I've being tasked to making an FANUC OI-TC CNC work. The spindle (spdl) and cycle stop indicator is always on. It cannot spindle and cycle start buttons doesn't work. The diagnostic displays indicates that every thing with the machine is working well. Please I need assistance in rectifying the challenge.
