Default Fanuc A06B-6096-H206 Servo Amplifier Module

    Hi to all,
I've received a Fanuc A06B-6096-H206 Servo Amplifier Module, which is giving the alarm number 8. I changed the three large capacitors and the two IGBMT modules with new pieces. It was tested on the machine, but it is giving the same alarm code 8 - over current and one of the axis is "shaking" (trembling). With other same Servo Amplifier Module the machine is working, so the problem should be inside this unit.
Do you have any idea where to start the debugging, and from where can be obtained a schematic diagram? In the attachment you can see the main board where I removed the two bars to see better the electronic components.

You mean all the 12 pcs. of A4504V ICs?

Yes or at least electrolitic capacitors next to optocouplers

I've checked near the optocouplers but there are no electrolytic capacitors around them. On the left side are the big capacitors which have been changed previously. As I measured the two 2 Ohm resistors the both of them were in order (2.2 Ohms), on all the three connectors of each. The strange think happened when I measured the other two smallest 16W resistors which should be 5mOhm (I suppose) and not 5MegaOhm, however the multimeter said that there is an infinite resistance instead of an almost "jumper". It means that the resistors are interrupted! The both, that is a little strange.

there are two 5mOhm in each package and four pins. you were supposed to see link between each pair of pins
