    Default GE Fanuc Series 150M

    Dear Sir

We have a gear cutting machine

We are able to JOG in either directions and even reference B axis without any errors

In case of Auto cycle, B rotates less that 0.5 degree, then we get error SV323 B disconnect alarm by Soft

We have replaced encoder still same fault, we are checking feedback cable, Motor winding resistance, Meggering etc

    Please advice further

    Regards

    Sorry

I forgot to add.... we do have external encoder, we checked it externally, looks quite neat and clean, also checked intermediate connectors from External encoder upto drive, found ok

Yesterday we observed that no error when B axis is moved upto 72.203 degrees in Auto but if as per summary (program), if B is required to move even 0.1 degree more than 72.203 deg, we get errors

    Please advice

To confirm this error due to external encoder, we dont have parameters except making 1815.1 as 0, any advice.........

    Regards
