Alternate flank infeed-cutting acme thread with grooving tool

Hi, We cut a lot of internal acme threads, at the moment on an NEF 520 heidahan control.
We use a grooving tool, and can define the angle. It then progressively passes up each side of the thread to form it.
We have tried this on fanuc, but cannot get the code to work. We can get it to go up one side, but in the 'P' value, we cannot get a negative angle.
Is there any way of doing this, other than doing the maths on the positions that need to be cut?
(Doosan 400L, fanuc 18it)

Alternate-flank cutting on Fanuc is possible with 1-block G76 format, not with 2-block format.

And would that cut a trap. thread in the way I want?
