Fanuc 18TC error

Hi everybody!
I had an old Taiwan lathe (2002) Alex-tech VT-20 wiith Fanuc 18TC CNC.
I don't have a backup file (floppy is damaged after 15 years) and now Lathe monitor is blocked on system monitor main menu with 7 choice:

1 - system data loading
2 - system data check
3 - system data delete
4 - system data save
5 - sram data backup
6 - memory card data delete
7 - memory card format

10 - end

If I select end, system say "ROM PARITY ERROR: NC BASIC"

I had on paper a parameter backup from 0000 to 9999, but probably I lost also all plc logical data.

Any ideas about resolving this issue?

Someone have a backup file to try a starting restore, and then reprogramming with correct parameter on my papers? Is possible?

May be your FROM memory is bad or deleted all system software files from this memory...

I could not find the software version there; it should be BEB1 or BEB2.

I'll try to find more info tomorrow on manuals.

That info is not in manuals, but inside the memory, and the SYSTEM CONFIG that you can't get to.

The No serial of Fanuc 18-TC could help? It is E02503084
Or there is some difference in G-Code,menu structure or something else that help to recognize the software version?
How could we proceed?

OK I solved with a backup of a similar lathe, But:
I have 2 error massage
1 - bar feeder
2 - tool set measurement
In fact other lathe have both, instead my lathe doesn't have tool measurement arm and doesn't have bar feeder.
How I can change this option?

Most likely is a part of the ladder, enabled by keeprelay bits. You may have to contact the machine tool dealer/manufacturer.

these functions, i guess, are activated on the keep relays named K on the documentation.
you can go there :SYSTEM-PMC-PMCPRM-KEEPRELAYS
2 of these must be different if you compare with the other machine.
Be carefull in changing these.

I was able to deactivate alarm messages, however I can't move both axis, go to reference point, use jog or manual wheel...
Today I lost 8 hours with fanuc technical expert, but we solved nothing... We have examinated ladder diagram, each Keep relay from 0.0 to 19.7, but there is something that is hidden very very well...

Today, I'll try to analyze Input addresses X and Output addresses Y , D parameter ,looking for any missing link.
On ladder CNC recognize x+ x- z+ z- push button of jog, light respective lamp but axis don't move. I hope that due to different Y output between logical pmc and parameter.
What do you think?

all the axes have interlock so yuo need to trace into the ladder the interlock for X+,X-,Z+,Z- because it need smany conditions to be made for an axes to be moved.
take that input from a jog key and go with that in ladder and search it untill you will find it between conditions in the interlock main equation and there you will find all the condition for the interlock to be released.

I did it yesterday... I Pushed x+ and in the ladder signal went correctly to G100.0 ....
Everything seems correct, but axis don't move.
I don't know , seems impossible...
Do you know if any keep Relay software (don't mark on ladder) can do this?
