Fanuc 18iMb HD-DIR DNC-ST option not visible

Dear Experts

We have a Fanuc 18iMb Control System with DATA SERVER CARD option and we need to execute the programs from HD-DIR.

We have set the below mentioned parameters.

1- MDI Mode
2- Press System Key.
3- Press ETHPRM key
4- Press EMBEDD key.
5- Set the I.P. Addresses, subnet mask and Port No. 21
6- Parameter 20=5

After applying the procedure, the programs are successfully transferred from LAPTOP (Filezilla FTP software) to Machine and same are also visible in HD-DIR.
But when we are going to execute the same via HD-Dir then the softkey of DNC-ST has disappeared.

It is in our observation that DNC-ST softkey was visible before the above parameters changing. We have also undo the parameter but still DNC-ST softkey is not visible.

Please give your expert opinion in this regard that how to enable/ visible DNC-ST softkey.

I believe the control must be in RMT (remote) mode, not MDI

I did this in RMT mode but DNC-ST option is not visisble

Make sure that the Data Server is in Storage Mode

Yes Data Server is in storage mode but still same issue.
