Strippit Super 750 SG

I have a problem on a Strippit Super 750SG
PC based control
When I try to enable the drives I get the following message
Servos not ready 13 Error at _.94
The contactor M2 pulls in and I have 120vac at drive. Hydraulics on
No Leds lit on drive
I spoke with service at Strippit (Tom) whose only service advice was I need to get a service man from Strippit he seemed to affraid or did not know the to answer questions about machine. I guess if your not selling machines you need the service work to keep the company going.
My question was if I have a 120vac present at terminals L1 and L2 on both drives should any Leds be on, or is there an external signal required to enable drive and turn on Leds.
If so could you please advise what connector and pin

Yes I emailed them, they only work on the HECC80 control

I have a good contact at LVD in the UK,they own Strippit but I`m not sure if these models were imported here.I can ask him on Monday.What make and model are the drives?Is the pc based control the original or is it a retrofit?

The control is factory fitted.
The servo drives are Electro Craft 9106-0002 drives.
