Just recently purchased Tsugami CNC lathe with Fanuc 6T
We have Tsugami with fanuc 10T and have some experience.
The setting of offsets is diferent so we need Operators manual for fanuc 6T
Anybody with scanned copy on pdf ?
generally older controls like 6T manuals are not available in pdf. it wont really help you anyway because they were not very well written, mostly translated from Japanese and confusing to newbies.
tool position is set for EACH tool with G50 X Z
offsets on 6T apply to WEAR only.
in a T0101 command, the first 01 means tool 1, 2nd 01 means wear offset 1
no geometry offsets on 6T, you must use G50 X Z
Not alot of Difference in the controls just depends on the options that were turned on
Parameters didnt change much to O control upgrade by early 90s and most ISO programming should still work ok
