Fanuc 3M Blank Screen

Hi Everybody,
i have problem on my milling cnc,
Okuma Howa with Fanuc 3M, Screen is blank, and system can't ready,all keyboard daes not work.
problem began from induction of grinder machine to RS232c cable.
Please somebody help me to solve the problem.
