| Try power down, hold the cancel & P buttons , power up and hold until boot finished to cancel the soft overtravel limits. This will often work. Al.

| Thanks Al but I tried that with no luck. I did just get off the phone with Bill Baldwell (sp?) from Fanuc. He was very helpful. We stepped through ladder diagrams and parameters and eventually got to the point where we could jog the axes (by "cheating" and changing a parameter) but they won't home. Bill says the ladder diagram doesn't seem to match the machine. He told me to get an sram image from Hardinge and load it on my machine and see if that works. If it does then we have to do a bit by bit comparison of what I have and what the new file has and see what is off. Yikes!!!! |
