Leblond Makino (fanuc OM) Problem

Hello,

i am use Leblond Makino cnc milling. (Fanuc OM) .use manule program..
i am trying to this machine to Auto mode to Pc use Rs232 cable..
kindly tell me which parameter chang this machine to run tape mode..

my Rs232 cable is working other machine cable is okay...
but i am not Understand Makino (fanuc OM) panal...

kindly help me..

These panel has an key that the name is "TAPE" or "DNC". These is to run to DNC.

No, Tape Button and DNC...
only Auto mode..
i think change parameter to this machine, to Enable Tape Mode..
but i am not confrom which parameter change ??

kindly help me about this mater..

Do you want what? Only communication through RS232 for upload / download program or you want continuous communication through Rs232 i. e. DNC ? ( for die & mould application)

AFAIK it is Parameter 913 bit 4 (***1****).
In MDI Set PWE to 1 to change and then set PWE back to 0.

Hello,

yes i Want to Communication to machine to Rs232,

My Rs232 Cable is working other machine, cable is ok, DNC software is okay..
my problem is, machine is not show DNC link, machine Panal Only Auto Mode button, On DNC button or DNC button...
i think this machine Parameter chang to working Tape mode..
