I'm needing some help on resetting an operator message on our Fanuc Leadwell VMC. This morning one of the guys reached 100,000 tool changes, to my disappointment no bells or whistles went off. Anyhow it now shows an operator message #2061 and the alarm light is flashing on the top of the control. He is still able to run the machine but i wanted to know how to reset the message and get the light to quit flashing. Any advice besides taking the light bulb out would be greatly appreciated.
That is a machine builder alarm, that is caused by the ladder. If you look in the ladder at A or Al 2061and see what condition causes it (counter or keep relay?) you can reset it.
