Did you check that your ethernet cable is ok? Also, re-crimp both ends just in case. These guys made this doc:

I think that should help you.
Cheers.
We hooked up an ethernet to our mill. After researching all we can, and checking our settings time after time, we get a 'display error' after selecting embed. We pinged the machine, and we DO HAVE communication. When we try to pull from the host, we get 'display error' on the lower left during the search. It is a Doosan with 21i MB controls. There is no alarm or code, just 'display error. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Z

Our plan next, was to look into another cable just as a test. We'll try that, and I'm looking through the file you had sent to see if there is anything different with what we have done.
Thanks, Z
Ok, tried a new ethernet, even to a different router and it did not work. I went through the file sent and all of our setting are the same. I am at a stand still with this issue. Any other thoughts or ideas on this?
Ok so you tried new cable, new router, and you did follow instructions on setting your FTP server with ftpserv software with all correct IP addresses, correct?
I was told it did, but I did not see it myself. I'm going to dig more into it today.
Thanks, Z
