| Check parameter 901 bit 1 = 120m. bit 2=80m. bit3 = 40m. bit 4=20m. If you do require additional hardware memory, look up Tulip, they make memory add-ons for Fanuc. Al.

| I think my Fanuc had 20M when I got it - I now have 80M just by changing the parameter, you're likely to loose any progs on the control & while you're at it backing up the parameters wouldn't be a bad idea... oh the 900 ones don't get backed up so out with pen & paper... do a search for fanuc memory on ebay there's a guy in canada doing a memory upgrade to 320M for 250usd. |

| When punching out parameters press EOB and output start, this will send out the 900's also. Check out www.memex.ca thats who I use for memory upgrades. I can sell you the stuff need for upgrading to 320M for $250 also Terry |

| I just did this upgrade today-original machine had 4k upgraded to 80m (16k) This requires no hardware, only above 80 requires additional chip's. Cost from Fanuc $297.00 they email you a couple of file's (like the old EZ opt) and you follow the read-me file and down-load to the serial port |

| 0T Set up your PC to save, Go to EDIT mode press the dgnos/param, parameters and then output/start key If you want to output the 900 parameters also, press and hold the EOB key when pressing output/start. On the 6T mode to EDIT -9999 then output (punch). Al.
