Unknown Fanuc PSM

Hi all,

I got a Fanuc Alpha i PSM without casing but said to be in a working condition.
Due to the missing product label I have no idea what type it is. I got an Alpha i HV motor with it so I guess it could be a HV type.

The main board number is A16B-2203-0636/01A

Is anybody out there who is able to give me more information, at least the number of the correspondend PSM ?
