GE FANUC 15TTB 'START REJECTED' Messsage

Dear All,

Machine : GE Fanuc 15TTB Control

When I am trying to start the machine in MEM mode with start push button , Start Rejected warning coming on the screen and nothing getting start.

In MDI selection I am able to start and execute all commands. But in MEM mode machine is giving Start Rejected message down MEM STOP .

Checked in Ladder logic start input is coming but STL is not latching. I am sure FEED HOLD is not active, checked in Ladder also.

Please advice further to check and bring back my machine into operation in MEM selection.

START REJECT
The start of automatic operation is not accepted.
(1)Automatic operation pause signal *SP is low.
(2)An alarm exists.
(3)The SRN signal has been sent.
(4)The program the operator wants to execute is now being edited in the
background.
(5)PTR is not ready in the tape mode.
