Edit Options 18T Again

Another query for parameters. Does anyone know how to turn on the Edit options on a 18T Fanuc control. These options let you copy / merge etc from one program to another location on the control itself. I have this option enabled on other 18T's, but one of them just doesn't have them.

Is this actually possible.

check parameter 9936 bit #7 _000000 and compare it to the machines that have this option turned on.
