I am not sure I understand your question? Which control?

I mean 21i-TB controller,

The joystick that is on the control panel
can't move the axes in X or Z .

If its a four position switch, the supply to the switch may have come off or missing, if you can look at the ladder or diagnostic screen for any of the particular four inputs to see if they register on screen when you operate the switch.

Thank you I'll check that,yes it's a 4 way switch
but the machine is brand new !

It's working now......

To make it work, first I had to press on the fast feed
button just above the joystick and then move the
joystick !!

Probably for security purpose.

By the way, that control is equipped with the new
MANUAL GUIDE and it's not bad at all, still
learning it but it's kind of easy.
