Dear sir My machine(Hitachi seiki MG630-V) has micon8 & fanuc6mb system. I push emergence button during ATC working. After that time I can not do anything because of Z interlock. How can I release the Z interlock. If you have micon8 operating manual , Can I get 1 copy? Thank you |

| Try this. Shut the machine down by killing all the power. Release Energancy Stop. Power back up. Not 100% sure, but it may work. I have no books or manuals on that machine control. But It should relieve the ACT and release the Z interlock. If in the case you have tried this, I have no idea. tobyaxis |

| There is a prox being activated within the Tool change cycle zone. Being a closed loop system ..your controller needs to be taken OFF of the ATC proxes.Neutralize the ATC by homing it out to remove any contact and allow the Interlock to clear.. In the cabinet there should be an Interlock override toggle as well... Hold Control On button and jog or handwheel the Z axis in Manual mode away from the Tool chng interference zone. Best of Luck..
