Default fanuc tape drill g31 skip input pin? 0-m

I don't have a ladder diagram and want to find the skip input.
some info says it is a dedicated input on connector M18 pin 49.

if you have a tape drill or an early robo drill could you tell me what pin the skip signal is on.

My schematic shows TM3 terminal 21 & 22. This is where my tool probe is connected, I did the installation.

I don't know where M18 is, I've never ran across that designation on any of the I/O terminals on my machine. What info is it you found that in?

thanks. I thought that the wiring may be similar on other tape/robo drills as I had a service technician come in with a later model wiring manual and it was the same as my old machines wiring.
I don't think I have the TM3 connector but I'll have another look just in case.

What year specifically is the machine in question? Is the control a 0m-c or 0m-d?

0m-a 1986 but the wiring was the same as an 0m-b from the early 90's

Good deal, it's easy then. You can hook that up simple enough, the next matter is a macro to use the skip input. Do you know if you have Macro A or B (if B was even available on an 0m-A I don't know).

I have macro A. it will work but will be painfully slow, since it is a one line per operation code.
