10T Parts Count counting tool changes? | |
I have a Nakamura Slant 1 with a Fanuc 10T control.
My book says the parts count is controlled by ES34 in the keep relays.
Weather ES34 is set to 0 (increment on M2 or M30) or set to 1 (increment on M74). The parts count (107) increments by one for M30 plus it increments by one on ever tool call!
Counter 107 stands at 732360. That's a part every 12 minutes since 1988.
Counters 108 and 109 are stuck at zero.
Any suggestions?
