Check P# 3202 See if it has NE8 and NE9, Now I am not sure of this goes for an OM or not but FANUCs do not change a whole lot as far as that one. It is the same on a 6 all the way to 21. If you show these then you need to turn them off (from 1 to 0) Be sure and turn PWE on first to change them.

Set parameter 389.2 to 0 for 8000 programs, and parameter 10.4 to
0 for 9000 programs. This allows output or editing of these ranges.
You should be able to upload (computer to cnc) 9000 prgm without
the parameter set. Must be in edit mode with data protect key turned
to off.
