Fanuc Embedded Software System Error

I been dealing with a i/o link issue ever since a manitenance guy moved my cable and didn't place it back and it got caught on the tool changer and snapped. I replaced the wire with a fresh cable and now after, turning the doosan on, it'll run for ten minutes then it'll fault out with code in the photo attached. The Fanuc I/O Link only faults out on the Fuse 2, Link 2 Half. The Top Fuse 1, Link 1 stays on with no problem and allows communication from the robot to the cnc. Any help/assistance will be greatly apprepciated.
