Buy me a Beer?

Check for tightness in X axis ballscrew etc. try with motor removed from screw and see if problem repeats.
What it maybe is, is in homing the axis transitions into slow to seek the marker.
But when jogging the movement is faster and if you have a broken or damaged ball it may be showing up in the faster jog rate. Usually Punches have very high lead ball screws and this can aggravate the problem.

Thats position deviation when stopped, it could be encoder or encoder just off alignment.
There is a procedure to check this, but it is rather involved. First look to see if the encoder has a couple of alignment marks, there is about a 10° adjustment, assuming it is AC servo's.

Look at the value in parameter 594, if it is 0, set pwe
and then enter a value of 200, see if problem goes away,
if not enter 500 and try that. This parameter is the
envelope limiting the area that the control will throw this fault for.

We've had them up to 1000 (1mm) without ever
experiencing any problem with cut.

Range is 593 for x, 594 y, 595 z, 596 4. If you have
more, they go up to 8th axis, paras in manual.

Your fault is referring to the Y axis.

Hi all. I have the same alarm... and some times i have axis disconnected alarm.

First checked the motor. i checked it and reinstalled it. then i checked the transistors and changed the x axis for the y axis and the problem solved and the machine was working fine but then i moved it faster and servo disconnected alarm arrised.

I noticed that when i moved the cables from the gabinet the problem happened again...

any ideas?
