Have you searched on ebay? I have a slot drive tool holder on there myself, but for a Gildemeister auction 7589485854 if you care to look.
If you don't need it this minute, ebay is a great source for tooling. I have saved thousands and thousands. Set up and refine a search for what you are looking for and then save the search and tell ebay to notify you whenever something that meets your criterium is listed.
I searched for years for VDI30 tool holders and just recently got 27 in an auction and then another 20 from the seller. After setting aside what I need, I am selling off the surplus and will probably break even!(bseg)
