Circuit breaker is tripped. The rest of your problems indicate it's for a 24VDC line that feeds your OT switches.
Subject says the general problem. When the machine finishes posting I immediately get EX10 Thermal Trip, and I can't clear the error.
I also get Hard Overtravel alerts for X+, X-, Y+, Y-, Z+, Z-. Obviously I can't have overtraveled all at the same time, particularly since the machine won't do anything in this state.
Disclosure, I did have a problem with one of the overtravel sensors on the Y axis and I had just repaired a wire that had become lose in the sensor. Now that that is fixed, I'm getting this![]()

Thanks for the date, now I know I have something to look for. I'll see if I can find a breaker in the controller box. Is there some place where the breakers normally exist within the controller?
Not to disparage the previous owner but the inside of the controller box is quite possibly the most alarming wiring mess I have ever seen in my life.... kudos that it worked but it makes me cringe moving thing to look for things![]()
Depends what I/O boards/system you have, but look for a fuse on any I/O boards (small green fuse).

Found it! Wasn't familiar with this style of fuse, completely missed it last night. So now I know what a Daito fuse is
Thanks all.
Now to wait for it show up....
