    Takisawa TNR 200 SY, fanuc 31i A, work zero

    Takisawa TNR 200 SY, fanuc 31i A

    I'm trying to set worpiece zero on my machine, and it does not come out the way i expect. Anyone that have a proper procedure to do it?
    Takizawa uses two special M-kodes that changes coordinatsysten to always be Z-towards the workpiece. This function uses the workshift page in some way and there is two separate pages för main and sub -spindle. I just don't know how to operate them!

    Not sure on the Takisawa, but on the Doosans we activate the tool offset and Work Coordinate;

    G54 T0101

    Move the tool tip up to the face of the part and change to the Work offset display and move the cursor to G54. Then type in Z0 [MEASURE]. The key is activating the offsets.
