    Default Eumach tool change macro lost in system reset

    I have a 1991 Eumach 1300 cnc milling machine and the ATC macro was lost when a 101 error came up on the machine and a power up while pushing the delete key was performed.

    Unfortunately there was no back up of this file. I have received a printout of a later version of the ATC from Eumach but this does not run in the machine. it stops in line N60.

    (Fanuc OMC & OMF Series ATC program 09001)

    N10 G65 H81 P150 Q#1008 R1;
    N20 G65 H1 P#130 Q#4011;
    N30 G65 H1 P#131 Q#4003;
    N40 G80 G49 G40 G50 M5; (PARAMETER 912.1=1)
    N50 G91 G28 Z0;
    N55 G04 P100;
    N60 M6;
    N65 G65 H81 P80 Q#1010 R1;
    N70 G04 P100;
    N75 G65 H80 P65;
    N80 G30 Z0;
    N90 G65 H81 P120 Q#1009 R1;
    N100 G4 P100;
    N110 G65 H80 P90;
    N120 G91 G28 Z0;
    N125 G65 H81 P140 Q#1011 R1;
    N130 G4 P100;
    N135 G65 H80 P125;
    N140 G#131;
    N145 G#130;
    N150 M99;

    Any help on the reason for the problem would be appreciated.

    The spindle goes to the home position ready for the toolchange but just stops. I have tried inserting an M19 to orientate the spindle and this works fine.
    I am unsure of the elements of this macro that control the toolchanger.

    Hello, I have a similar Eumach that we bought at auction, our problem is that we need the "Keep Relays" . Any help would be greatly appreciated.
