Fanuc 3T machine alarm reset

I have a Nakamura Tome lathe with Fanuc 3T.
I had a light turret crash tool on part.
It set a machine alarm now I can not get it to go off.
No lights are on on pcb.
There is a light on the valve called swing arm on front of machine.
I have pushed all the resets that I know of.
I have turned off machine and power (that has reset it in the past)
Does not help now.

Update: the turret is not locking in place.
Need to know how to get it in lock position.
then should be back up and running.
