Multi-DNC to Fanuc Error: Bad Receive Folder

I'm hoping this is the right forum. Please kindly move if it is not.

We've been using Multi-DNC for a while now to control our machines.
Everything has been peachy up until today.

One of our Fanuc controllers is having trouble receiving files from the Multi-DNC computer.

This message is appearing in the Multi-DNC Event Log when changing its mode to Remote or when trying to Send a file: “COM Port Already Busy”

But now, after restarting Multi-DNC, the most frequent message that we’re seeing in the Event Log for that same machine is “Bad Receive Folder”.

This message is produced when this machine is set to Remote mode in Multi-DNC. The machine’s window turns yellow, and then turns back to black.
This message is also produced when we Send a file. The machine’s window turns green for a split second then turns back to black.

Please provide any insight into this matter.
I'm looking into alternate software for multi dncing if this doesn't pan out.

    Thank you.

Just call spektrum. Sounds like you lost the machine folder in the directory. Multi dnc is one of the best I've seen, and I've worked with quite a few. I use it in my service laptop myself.
