Spindle servo error on Bridgeport BPC 320 H. Alarm light # 4 on servo control PC Board

4= "Fuses F1,F2,F3 for AC input blown out"

Usually this occurs because a high voltage spike had occurred and so you will probably also need to replace one or more of the metal oxide varisters that are located just above the fuse block.

Attached is a photo of the fuse block and varisters, to gain access to them, you need to remove 2 screws left edge of main inverter chassis and then swing the hinged top board out of the way to your right.

As can be see in the photo, one of the varisters in this particular unit was already been replaced at some earlier point in time...
