10T fanuc sof limit parameter

Can anyone help me? I have a fanuc 10T control. My travel on X axis is sevearly limited. Id like to go into the parameters and change this limit. Does anyone know what parmeter it is? also how to turn write protect off parameters so I can change it. Thanks in advance!

Stroke limit in + idrection is: 5220, in - direction is: 5221. To change is you must go to service or settings screen and change prm. 8000 bit 0 and 1 to 1. All in MDI mode.

the X limit is usually set at the maximum physical travel on the bed. if you need more travel buy a bigger machine
If you make the X travel too much going beyond the physical bed you'll hit the hard overtravel switch and then you will discover what it's like to clear that alarm.....
