    thanks for the reply
    I am trying to add an rotary axis to it....
    drive is added. but after all the parameters are set, the machine isn't showing the fourth axis named as A-Axis on the position screen.....
    Is there any option parameters for the same for 4th axis control..?

    There is a parameter for the total number of servos.
    I don't know the number for 0i Mate but on 16-18-21 its in the 9000-9999 range
    For a lathe with servo driven turret it would be 3. lathe with hydraulic driven turret it's 2.
    standard mill with XYZ it's 3. A mill with one additional axis would be 4.

    There is another parameter (3115 bit 0) that can hide any axis from the display. each axis is listed. if bit 0 is 1 the axis is not shown on the POS page. The total number of servos must be correct or any extra axis is not even listed here.

    There is another parameter (1020) that can rename any axis to a letter. otherwise the axis will be a number
    this parameter is already set for all current axis to a specific number that sets it to X Y Z etc.
    X=88, Y=89, Z=90
    U=85, V=86, W=87
    A=65, B=66, C=67, E=69

    But just adding the display of an axis will not enable it. usually there are MANY things that need to be set to add an axis.
