fanuc ot parts counter

I have fanuc ot control miyano jnc45t machine and it has external as well as internal parts counter on control. external counter works fine but internal counter machine never stops when count is up please help.

the internal counter has a few parameters to set required number of parts and the M-code that makes it count.You need to set the total parts setting to your required number of parts and the machine will stop at the end with a message.


0040 bit 3 RWCNT (0 or 1)
With M02 or M30, the total number of parts to be machined and the number of parts
machined are counted/are not counted.

0219 M code for counting the total number of parts to be machined and the number of parts machined

0600 Number of parts required (access via SETTING page so PWE not required)

0779 Total number of parts to be machined (access via SETTING page so PWE not required)
