    Fanuc Oi-MC Spindle Speed Issues

Hi guys, I'm assuming this is a controller issue. I'm noticing that often times when I'm milling the machine will start its axis movement before the spindle reaches it's RPM. It doesn't happen all the time, sometimes it will wait until it reaches the commanded RPM but sometimes it doesn't. Is there a code that can be programmed to have the controller wait until an rpm is reached before moving. I know I could program a dwell but it seems there should be another solution.

    Check parameter 3708 bit 0.

The spindle speed arrival signal is:
    0. Not checked
    1. Checked
