Fanuc 15TF Alarms OT007 & OT008 (HARD)

I have a Takisawa TC-2 equipped with Fanuc 15TF and I am getting following alarms
OT007 X+ OT(Hard)
OT008 X- OT(Hard)
OT007 Z+ OT(Hard)
OT008 Z- OT (Hard)
I went thru Fanuc 15TF maintenance manual but did't find any help as G flag address are different. Also I checked the ot limit switches in machine but OT limit switches are wired in series.
Even parameter 5201 was not found in cnc system to disable OT limit switches. as after parameter # 5200 then #5210
Somebody help me & provide me the Connection manual Hardware suitable for Fanuc 15TF.

Usually all OT at once are due to fuse or DC power failure somewhere to the OT SW's.
These are active low, so without power they all show activated.
I should have the manual, if you PM me an email add.
