Need Help!- Parameter to turn off Spindle at M00

Does anyone know the Parameter/Diagnostics to turn off spindle at M00 and M1 on a Fanuc 0T-C control.

Here's whats happening now...

While Running at AUTO with Optional Stop ON, The Spindle stops after M01, But as soon as I push Cycle Start it Spins before Reading the next M03 command.

Also at M00 the Spindle stays ON.

I just want the Spindle to Stop at M00 and M01 and Turn on at the next M03/M04 command.

that's normal behavior.
if you want the spindle to stop put an M05 on the line before M01
