Need help: Eprom on Master Board A20B-0008-0200 for Fanuc 3T

I have an old CNC, TAKISAWA, Fanuc 3T control system. Master Board A20B-0008-0200
It is broken, no working, no picture, only the light on when I turn off
All volts : 5V, 24V,-15V, 15V are normal
A friend gave me 8 chips Eprom of other master board (My CNC use 10 chip HN462532). I plugged 8 chips into the sockets on my master board and turn on. CRT have picture but I can not read the letters. I think my Eproms of master board are bad.
I need help from you on the forums. Someone, you have the source data ( Binary file) of these Eproms. Please help me.

Eproms on these old machines are like batteries. They can wear out and lose their contents. There is a little window on top of them. If light gets in then they can be erased. When you replace Eproms you need to have the same number and type AND software version. So you cannot use a set from a Mill on a Lathe or a set from an 3TC on a 3TA.

We sell replacement Eproms for the 3MA, 3TA, and 3MC. These replace the old Eproms and add a DNC function. So you can bypass memory restrictions.

But unfortunately my CNC was too old, there are several other parts is not good.
I need Eprom binary file, it is exactly of master board A20B-0008-0200
My purpose is to load the program again for Eprom and use the CNC for some small business
