We have got a HMC in which we are facing following problem intermittently
For example, after operation with Tool T6 got over, next tool T4 should come to the spindle but we find that next tool T4 has fallen down during tool change, previous tool T6 is still in the spindle, ATC arm is a t Home Position and so Tool Registration at D000 changed from 6 to 4, due to this previous tool T6 starts machining with offset of T4 and tool collides with job
In PLC, we have seen that G4.3 (FIN) signal for Tool Change is set with NO contacts of R60.6 (Decode signal from M06), R818.1 (tool arm vertical after tool change) and R809.4 (Authorised Tool Pocket Up) and due to this even if physically tool clamp and declamp did not take place but as all the 3 Rs mentioned above got set G4.3 gets set.
We want to incorporate ATC arm unclamp(ie 0 to 90 deg), Arm clamp (at the end of 180 deg rotation) and ATC arm standby in the logic
Please advice for the above mentioned problem if any of you faced such problem
