info for a fanuc O-M

is it possible that a machine with fanuc O-M cotrol 1990y won't be able to work in DNC(drep feed) mode?

I ask this because on the control panel there is not a TAPE mode,
there is only:
EDIT
AUTO
MDI
H/S
JOG
RPD and
ZRN

this is a Victor Vcenter 80 machine 1990y. I have a similar machine a Victor Vcenter 4 with a fanuc 10M control,
but it has a TAPE position and it works just fine in drep feed and this is a machine from 1986y.

its a little strange that a newer machine from 1990 wont be able to run in drep feed or am I mistaking????

I would appreciate any information about this case.

I don't know if the control is O-MB, O-MC or O-MD, could one of this controls do not support drep feed?
