Does it stop in the same place in the program every time? Can you post the program here so we can check for possible problems with the code?

I've seen that freeze up sort of problem on other machines.
When some part of a CNC cycle begins, like as in a tool change, many things occur in sequence.
Many of the sequences are event driven.
Move to somewhere, and then wait (indefinitely) until a limit switch changes. If the switch is intermittent and doesn't close, either due to mechanical problems, or electrical contacts not working well due to too not enough current flowing to keep contacts clean then the sequence gets hung up.
Also unplug and replug anything, cards, connectors, check for loose crimps by tugging wires.

Problems can also occur if the line supply voltage momentarily drops (a brown out) during a critical part of a sequence, and the sequence no longer completes.

As dcoupar, asks, is it always the same place?

Thanks for help if someone has any idea about this, ı will waiting for your reply,

Buy me a Beer?

Do you have the manuals? check the diagnostic parameters for 'Display of Internal Condition of NC' , not sure what they are in the 18i in the 10/11/12 the start at 1000.
These give the present status of the machine, especially valuable when no alarm shown.
