RETRO FIT MACHINE W/ OLD FANUC CONTROL

I know im not giving you guys much to work with but thought id ask anyways

im having no luck in getting some old nak-something machine retro fit with some old fanuc control that doesnt even have show on the panel witch series it is
from my experience with other controls i can get it homed out,find and switch programs, but other than that the mdi wont tool change, no spindle on
and no program starting
it has a memory and memory restart witch ive never seen
i just cannot figure out y it will not let me do anything with the mdi or run a program, chuck closed light is on, does anyone know what a machine lock switch is for?
can anyone offer their opinion or reccomendations?

also spinde will not come on in handle or jog, only in mdi and only while the button is held down

Take and Post a picture of the control. There will be someone form the Forum that will recognize what model it is. Having established the model of the control, help may be forthcoming.
