Need Help!- ex1000 fanuc oi mate md

hi to all,
I would like to know if theres another way to remove or to reset a alarm ex1000 because our machine Fanuc oi mate md have problem like this,were barely need help,our control panels and even manuals could not start,we even try to check all the possible cause of this,but still we cannot reset the emg.we diagnos the alarms,it state that x,y,z are all overtravell and ex1000 alarm,but x,y,z are not actually overtravel there just in center of the workpiece it just pups up in the machine alarm,we really need help thanks a lot.
