I am getting Alarm 319 spc in my turning center equipped with fanuc OT-D with Beta 6/2000, A06B-0034-B177 #0008 servo motors interfaced with Alpha servo amplifier.
I had replaced the encoder feedback cable but still getting the same alarm.
Diag. parameter status
# 760 = 10001100 (X axis)
# 761 = 10000100 (Z axis)

I am suspecting x axis servo motor encoder faulty.
Kindly help me somebody, Is it possible to get encoder repaired.
And How do i remove this encoder from servo motor?
