Need Help! Fanuc ac spindle drive alarm#4 - CNCzone.com-The Largest Machinist Community on the net!

I have fanuc spindle board with Printed board A20B - 0009 - 053. the problems every give command M05 (spindle stop) some times alarm 4 Led ON (this mean Fuse F1,F2,F3 For AC input Blow Out), I checked fuse input but no fuse blow. if i press button reset at bottom left of board, alarm was reset. how can i solved this problem???

I suggest that you clean the fuse bases, usually they got dirty and give this alarm. If after that the alarm is there, then you have a problem in the board in the detection circuit.

thanks GP I will clean the base of fuse, and i will try it run. but which one of detection circuit of this drive? do you have the schematic diagram??
