Your BASE0 board may be defective.
If you have an electronic parameter backup , you don't need the password:
Turn the control ON while pressing “7” and “9” on the MDI keypad until you see “CLEAR FILE” come up on the screen.. This erases all information in the system.
Wait until the CLEAR is finished.
Exit IPL screen by pressing “6” and then “INPUT” on the MDI keypad.
You will see many alarm messages because none of your parameters have been entered. Ignore these alarms.
Press “LEFT ARROW” soft key twice.
Press “SETTING” soft key twice. This will give you the SETTINGS(SETTINGS) SCREEN.
Press “PAGE UP” on the MDI keypad. This will bring up the 8000 SETTING parameter on the screen.
Press “1” on the MDI keypad.
Press soft key “ON:1”. This turns ON all of the bits in the 8000 parameter.
Press “LEFT ARROW” soft key and then press “SERVICE” soft key.
Enter communication parameters.
Do the following steps twice, turning the control OFF and ON after the first time.
Press “RIGHT ARROW” soft key twice.
Press “READ” soft key.
Press “ALL” soft key.
The word “READ” will be flashing on your screen.
Set your personal computer to download the NC Parameter File to the control.
Press “ENTER” on your computer to begin downloading data.
You will see “LOCKED PARAMETER” on your screen. Ignore this.
When “READ” stops flashing on your screen, downloading is complete.
Turn control OFF, wait a few seconds, then turn control back ON.

REPEAT PREVIOUS STEPS.
Turn control OFF, wait a few seconds, then turn control back ON.
Now you can restore all lost info: programs, PMC data, offsets etc.

Here is the password set in case the above does not work:
23678625 input
37264699 input
19261161 input
Now set PWE and enter parameters.
You can call me Tuesday the 27th: 289 389 6117

You did nothing wrong. It appears that your BASE0 board is defective, and if so, you lost all volatile data. We may have a good BASE0 for sale but need the part number.
Untill the hardware problem is fixed, you cannot proceed.

not having the nc and pmc parameters makes it an almost impossible task.
You will have to enter the options first using the correct password. Do you have a list of your options? Nothing at all?

selecting options is dependent on the actual machine configuration. It can take many days of an expert on site to get the machine running again. Your best option is to find an identical machine/control and copy the parameters.

it won't help to have just the option parameters. even then some of them are not obvious if you have it or not. if you enable something you don't physically have it will cause more trouble.
the bottom line is you have no other parameters, no PMC parameters, nothing.
you need to get professional assistance from Fanuc.

Thanks, Fanuc won't give any assistance in India for 15TF control. Machine parametrs & PMC parameters might not be an issue, we can try atleast.
As this machine is a simple turning machine (Takisawa TC-2 MK-II) equipped with 2 axis servo motors, analogue spindle drive Fuji & tool setting probe.
as upto 40 opt parametrs need to configure this machine.
Kindly help me.
