There is white round sticker, marked at the bottom of it as Label G

This Hard disk has a 4 pin power connector and 50 pin data cable (25 X 2rows)

Please let us know on how to take clone (or complete image) of this hard disk

Its a common Fujitsu M2611SA 45MB SCSI-1 hard drive.
Cloning it is very simple using any PC with SCSI interface and hdd cloning software. Use any larger size SCSI-1 or SCSI-2 HDD. The cloning software will copy the same data and the remaining unused space will be ignored.
When chaining multiple SCSI devices in a PC the SCSI ID and SCSI termination must be set correctly.
You will need a PC with a SCSI card (Adaptec is the most common brand) and cloning software like Norton Ghost, Acronis True Image etc

Do it immediately the hdd is 17 years old!
